MIAMI –– Parties involved in a Miami talcum powder ovarian cancer case have filed an agreed order on Johnson & Johnson’s motion to compel complete interrogatory responses, with the plaintiff agreeing to supplement her responses to certain questions.

In the Dec. 6 order filed in the Florida 11th Circuit Court for Miami-Dade County, the defendants’ motion to compel was granted and the plaintiff was asked to supplement responses to Interrogatory Nos. 20, 27, and 29.
