PALM BEACH, Fla. –– Johnson & Johnson has asked a Florida state court to dismiss a fraudulent concealment claim included in a recently filed talcum powder ovarian cancer lawsuit, arguing that the evidence the plaintiff used to support that cause of action was public information and could not have possibly been concealed by the defendant.
