3rd Circuit Hears Arguments Relating to Dismissal of Talcum Powder Class Action Suit




PHILADELPHIA –– The 3rd Circuit has heard arguments relating to the dismissal of a talcum powder class action suit and is poised to weigh in on whether the plaintiffs had sufficiently alleged an injury-in-fact.

Oral arguments took place as scheduled on June 14 before Chief Judge D. Brooks Smith and Circuit Judges Michael A. Chagares and Julio M. Fuentes.
