ST. LOUIS –– The 8th U.S. Court of Appeals has heard arguments relating to the appeal of an order granting a plaintiff’s voluntary motion to dismiss a talcum powder exposure suit, poised to decide whether a District Court erred when it did not address the question of whether the plaintiffs engaged in forum shopping by dismissing the case.

According to the 8th Circuit’s online docket, the dispute was argued and submitted to Judges William Jay Riley, Raymond W. Gruender, and Karen E. Schreier on March 9.
