Missouri Federal Court Grants Talcum Powder Plaintiffs’ Emergency Motion to Remand

ST. LOUIS –– A Missouri federal court has granted an emergency motion to remand a multi-plaintiff talcum powder suit scheduled for trial in state court next week, ruling that recent statements by the trial court regarding the plan to try claims individually do not constitute “other paper,” as required to permit removal.
