Class Action Complaints Filed Against Lumber Liquidators in Arkansas, Maryland, Arizona

PHOENIX –– Plaintiffs in Arizona, Arkansas and Maryland have all filed class action lawsuits against Lumber Liquidators, contending that the defendant’s composite laminate flooring products emit formaldehyde at levels “known to pose serious health risks and cause potentially terminal illnesses.”
