SCRANTON, Pa. — A Pennsylvania federal judge has ordered plaintiffs in a Lumber Liquidators flooring case to identify the state in which they have citizenship, explaining that the action will be dismissed if they fail to do so.
On March 24, Judge A. Richard Caputo of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania noted that while the complaint states that plaintiffs reside in Pennsylvania, it does not identify the state in which they have citizenship.
