Northern District of California Best Forum for Lumber Liquidators MDL, Plaintiffs Contend

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Plaintiffs in the Lumber Liquidators Chinese-manufactured flooring products litigation are urging the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation to transfer all related actions to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California for consolidation of all pretrial proceedings.
