NEW YORK - AIU Insurance Co. is not required to provide its reinsurer with certain documents generated by AIU's coverage counsel because they are protected under the attorney-client privilege, a New York federal magistrate judge has ruled in an asbestos coverage case. AIU Insurance Co. v. TIG Insurance Co., No. 07-7052 (S.D. N.Y.).
