NEW YORK - Non-U.S. investors who purchased shares of Converium Holding AG on a foreign exchange are urging a New York federal judge to grant them class certification in a suit against French reinsurer SCOR SA. In re Scor Holding (Switzerland) AG, No. 04-7897 (S.D. N.Y.).

On April 7, Judge Denise Cote of the Southern District of New York stayed the case pending reconsideration of her March 6 order.
