United Talent Agency Sues Insurers for COVID-19 Coverage in Calif. Court

LOS ANGELES — One of the largest talent agencies in the world has sued two Chubb Group insurers in California court, demanding coverage for COVID-19-related financial losses, arguing that it has sustained “direct physical loss or damage” to insured property.
