Travel Insurer Says COVID-19 Cancellation ‘Foreseeable,’ Excluded from Coverage

TOPEKA, Kan. — A travel insurer has moved to dismiss a class action lawsuit accusing it of improperly denying coverage for a vacation cancellation, arguing that the COVID-19-related cancellation was “entirely foreseeable” when the policy was bought and therefore not insured.
