MIAMI — A Florida theatre has voluntarily dismissed French reinsurer SCOR SE from its federal lawsuit seeking coverage for COVID-19-related business interruption losses, leaving its subsidiary, General Security Indemnity Company of Arizona, as the sole defendant.

Actors Playhouse Productions Inc. filed the notice of voluntary dismissal on Oct. 5 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
