PHILADELPHIA - A Pennsylvania federal judge has struck a paragraph from Global Reinsurance Corporation of America's answer, affirmative defenses and counterclaim in a dispute over reinsurance coverage for underlying asbestos claims, ruling that the paragraph related to Global's counterclaim of late notice, which it has since withdrawn. Pacific Employers Insurance Co. v. Global Reinsurance Corporation of America, No. 09-06055 (E.D. Pa.).
