Travelers Counterclaims for Breach of Contract Against White Mountains

NEW YORK - Travelers Casualty and Surety Co. has counterclaimed against White Mountains Reinsurance Company of America in a $2.1 million dispute over reinsurance for Travelers' 2007 settlement of asbestos exposure claims.
