SYRACUSE, N.Y. - A federal magistrate judge has refused to reconsider his decision to allow Chadbourne & Parke to represent Fireman's Fund Insurance Co. in a dispute with Utica Mutual Insurance Co. over reinsurance coverage for an underlying asbestos settlement.
