SAN FRANCISCO - The 9th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals has upheld an award of attorneys fees and expenses incurred by a payroll services provider in an arbitration with reinsurers, ruling that the contract at issue entitled the prevailing party to reimbursement of "reasonable attorneys fees." SCIE LLC, et al. v. XL Reinsurance America Inc., et al., Nos. 08-56502, 08-56537 (9th Cir.).
