Commissions NEW YORK - A New York federal magistrate judge has denied without prejudice an insurer's motion to compel an Acumen Re employee to answer deposition questions concerning statements made by the company's president as to sums allegedly owed by General Security National Insurance Co. Acumen Re v. General Security National Insurance Co., No. 09-1796 (S.D. N.Y.).
