Texas Federal Judge Enters Scheduling Order in AML Case

BEAUMONT, Texas -- A judge overseeing an acute myelogenous leukemia case in Texas has entered an order outlining dates for the proceedings, in which a trial is expected to commence November 16, 2009. Smith, et al. v. E.I. DuPont De Nemours, et al., No. 08-00385 (E.D. Texas).

According to the scheduling order entered Dec. 8, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, the parties had until Dec. 17 to add any new parties, to file motions to dismiss, to provide case specific disclosure and the file motions for leave to amend.
