ST. LOUIS, Mo. -- According to an order entered Dec. 16 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, a judge has dismissed with prejudice the claims of Donald E. Stahl as asserted against Baxter Healthcare Corp. and all other remaining defendants. Stahl v. Baxter Healthcare Corp., et al., No. 06-00865 (E.D. Mo.).
