BEAUMONT, Texas -- A new complaint has been filed in Texas federal court by the family of a former pressman who was allegedly exposed to benzene-containing products during his 45-year career. Kelly v. C&W Pressroom Products Inc., et al., No. 08-CV-493 (E.D. Texas).
In the recent complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, the pressman's widow and their two children claim that the decedent's exposure caused him to develop various blood disorders.
