LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- Defendant Union Oil Company of California has supported its motion to exclude portions of a plaintiff expert's testimony, saying that the plaintiffs are attempting to use the expert to establish causation when he is not qualified to offer such opinions. Russell, et al. v. Ashland Chemical Inc., et al., No. 04-4116 (W.D. Ark.).
