ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- A benzene plaintiff attempting to have his claims reinstated has asked for permission to have New York's highest court weigh in on whether case law dictating admissibility standards for the quantification of exposure levels was properly applied. Nawrocki v. The Coastal Corp., et al., No. CA 06-02187 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., App. Div., 4th Jud. Dept.).
