LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- Plaintiffs in an Arkansas benzene case are defending two of their medical causation experts from a motion to exclude, saying their opinions are relevant and scientifically sound. Johnese, et al. v. Ameron International Corp., et al., No. 06-01632 (E.D. Ark.).

On March 6, the plaintiffs filed a response brief in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas opposing a motion to exclude the opinions of Daniel Teitelbaum, M.D., and Thomas Selders, Ph.D.
