PHOENIX -- A judge overseeing a gasoline exposure benzene lawsuit has scheduled a trial date for May 2009, according to a recent case management order entered in the proceedings. Zendejas, et al. v. Shell Oil Co., et al., No. CV 2007-005399 (Ariz. Super. Ct., Maricopa Cty.).
In accordance with the Feb. 26 scheduling order filed in the Arizona Superior Court for Maricopa County, the plaintiffs must disclose areas of expert testimony by July 1, while the defendants have until July 15.
