TEXARKANA, Ark. -- A federal court has denied a non-party's motion to quash a subpoena it was served, asking the parties to move forward with a deposition of the party's corporate representative. Russell, et al. v. Ashland Chemical, et al., No. 04-4116 (W.D. Ark.).
In the Jan. 18 order, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas said that after the deposition takes place, the parties will reconvene with the court to finalize discovery efforts and entertain further motions involving the production of information.
