HOUSTON -- A former offshore platform worker has filed his benzene claims in Texas federal court, saying that he is owed damages under the Louisiana Tort Law and Louisiana Products Liability Law for strict product liability. Brown v. Shell Oil Co., et al., No. 08-413 (S.D. Texas).
In a Feb. 4 complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, Ben N.
