CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- A West Virginia federal court has refused to address a motion to preclude Exponent witnesses, saying that the motion "does not relate to any discovery dispute." Brewer v. Monsanto Co., et al., No. 05-01183 (S.D. W.Va.).
In the order, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia further found that the plaintiff instead was seeking "an advisory opinion of the court as to information which defendant Monsanto and its expert witnesses should provide."
