PHOENIX -- A benzene case that has been the subject of jurisdictional issues has been dismissed with prejudice because a settlement has been reached between the parties, according to papers filed recently in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. Overson, et al. v. Berryman Products, et al., No. 06-2880 (D. Ariz.).

In an Aug. 24 order, Judge Russel Holland of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arziona dismissed the case with prejudice.
