BEAUMONT, Texas -- A Texas benzene plaintiff has asked a federal court to reconsider its decision to deny her motion to remand and motion to amend her complaint, saying that it has forced her to file a parallel lawsuit in state court and litigate against the defendants in "piece meal fashion."
