BIRMINGHAM, Ala. -- Another benzene plaintiff is asking the Alabama Supreme Court to revisit prior decisions barring toxic tort claims based on the statute of limitations, saying that it is the court's function to correct "poorly reasoned decisions." Griffin v. Troy King, Alabama Attorney General, et al., No. 1061214 (Ala. Sup. Ct.); Griffin v. Georgia-Pacific, et al., No. 06EV000291J (Ga. State Ct., Fulton Cty.).
