All Defendants Dismissed from Del. Case Originally Scheduled for Nov. Trial




WILMINGTON, Del. -- All of the defendants pending in a Delaware benzene case have filed stipulations of dismissal or notices of motions to dismiss claims and all cross-claims in a case that was one of four scheduled for a November trial, sources told HarrisMartin. In re: Benzene Litigation; Hamill, No. 05C-09-020 (Del. Super. Ct., New Castle Cty.).

Sources said that the dismissal in the Delaware Superior Court for New Castle County leaves Pelous, Conely and Roberts for a scheduled November trial in the coordinated Delaware benzene docket.
