Plaintiffs File Notice of Appeal in Beverly Hills School Lawsuit

LOS ANGELES -- Plaintiffs have noted their intent to appeal a trial court decision that rejected expert testimony and specific and general causation in a school benzene exposure lawsuit. Moss, et al. v. Venoco, et al., No. BC297083 (Calif. Super. Ct., Los Angeles Cty.).
