PHOENIX -- Plaintiffs in a recently transferred benzene lawsuit filed a motion on Jan. 17 to dismiss with prejudice defendant U.S. Steel Corp. Overson v. Berryman Products, et al., No. 06-2880 (D. Ariz.).

In a Jan. 8 scheduling and planning order, Judge H. Russel Holland of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona asked that motions in limine and dispositive motions be filed before Dec. 31, 2007.
