Del. Judge Oversees 2nd Hearing on Motions to Dismiss

WILMINGTON, Del. -- On Oct. 26, the judge overseeing the Delaware coordinated benzene docket presided over another hearing on motions to dismiss for failure to plead with particularity, sources told HarrisMartin. In re: Benzene Litigation, No. C.A. No., 05C-09-191 BEN (Del. Super. Ct., New Castle Cty.).

This is the second time such a motion has been brought before Judge Joseph R. Slights III of the Delaware Superior Court for New Castle County.
