Plaintiffs Ask to Delay Trials; Defendant Cautions Against 'Asbestosizing'

WILMINGTON, Del. -- Plaintiffs in the Delaware benzene litigation have asked the court overseeing the coordinated docket to delay the first scheduled trial group, initially proposing that the three cases in that group be tried with the six cases organized in the second trial group.
