Robert Leslie Palmer is a Birmingham attorney and the founder and President of the Alabama Legal Reform Foundation. After receiving a B.A., magna cum laude, from Tulane University in 1979 and a J.D. from Georgetown University in 1982, he was admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia in 1982 and in Texas and Alabama in 1987. He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Alabama Trial Lawyers Association (sustaining member), the Christian Legal Society, and the Birmingham Bar Association.
