DALLAS -- A federal court judge has indicated her intent to remand a benzene complaint because the lone removing party has reached a settlement with the plaintiffs. Palmer, et al. v. Safety-Kleen, et al., No. 05-CV-1422 (N.D. Texas).

According to the Nov. 10 order issued by Judge Jane Boyle of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Radiator Specialty has reached a settlement with the plaintiffs, therefore rendering the removal of the plaintiffs' claims moot.
