EL DORARDO, Ark. -- Plaintiffs in a benzene lawsuit have opposed a motion to dismiss, stating that their complaint sufficiently names specific chemicals, products and the illnesses that arose as a result of exposure to benzene. West, et al. v. Aervoe Industries, et al., No. 05-01099 (W.D. Ark.).
