Benzene Lawsuits Coordinated for Discovery; Cases to be Tried Separately

WILMINGTON, Del. -- Discovery in more than ten benzene cases recently filed in Delaware has been coordinated, sources told HarrisMartin.
However, the cases filed in the Delaware Superior Court for New Castle County will proceed to trial separately, sources indicated.
Sources said that the cases pending in the New Castle County Superior Court are Wash (No. 05C-05-301), Pena (No. 05C-06-068); Piling (No. 05C-06-068); Boys (No. 05C-06-317); Dario (No. 05C-06-319); Martin (No. 05C-06-327); Sengelmann (No. 05C-07-017); Rackley (No. 05C-07-018); Menni (No. 05C-07-016); Roberts (No. 05C-07-019); Farr (No. 05C-07-020); Wallin (No. 05C-07-029); Weigel (No. 05C-07-244); and Pelous (No. 05C-07-255).
