Parties in Asbestos and Benzene Insurance Dispute Set Scheduling Order

EAST ST. LOUIS, Ill. -- Parties involved in an asbestos and benzene insurance dispute have agreed on a scheduling order which would put the parties on track for a trial sometime late next year. Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. v. Cerro Flow Products, No. 05-384 (S.D. Ill.).

According to the joint report filed by Liberty Mutual and Cerro Flow Products Inc. on Aug. 19 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois, depositions of both parties will take place by Jan. 20, expert witness disclosures are to be made by March 15, and discovery should be completed by …
