LOS ANGELES -- Calling the issues of the dispute 'straightforward,' a benzene plaintiff has filed a brief in support of his motion seeking production of documents from Chevron. O'Neill v. Union Pacific Railroad Co., et al., No. BC319682 (Calif. Super. Ct., Los Angeles Cty.).
In a Sept. 8 reply filed in California Superior Court for Los Angeles County, plaintiff Donald O'Neill claims that he has already agreed to limit his discovery requests and that defendant Chevron still refuses to produce documents.
