Radiator Specialty Removes Benzene Lawsuit for 2nd Time




PHILADELPHIA -- Defendant Radiator Specialty has removed a lawsuit alleging benzene exposure for the second time, citing the Federal Hazardous Substances Labeling Act in the most recent notice of removal. Akins, et al. v. Radiator Specialty, et al., No. 05-1624 (E.D. Pa.).

The Feb. 17 removal to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania comes nearly four months after the defendant initially removed the claims.
