Former Goodyear Employee Seeks to Amend Suit Against DuPont in Ortho-Toluidine Exposure Case

BUFFALO, N.Y. –– A former Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company employee has asked a New York federal court for permission to amend his lawsuit to include a claim under the Toxic Substances Control Act.
