Fla. Court Awards Summary Judgment to BP America in Deepwater Horizon Personal Injury Suits

PENSACOLA, Fla. –– A federal court overseeing personal injury claims arising out of the Deepwater Horizon oil spill has awarded summary judgment to BP Exploration & Production Inc., and BP America Production Company, after concluding that testimony proffered on behalf of the plaintiffs was not admissible.
