Parties File Joint Case Management Statement in Roundup MDL Docket Ahead of Nov. Status Conference

SAN FRANCISCO –– The parties navigating the global Roundup personal injury settlement have filed a joint case management statement ahead of a November status conference, indicating that nearly 2,000 cases pending in the coordinated docket are still not subject to a Master Settlement Agreement or Term Sheet.

The Nov. 2 joint case management statement filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California explained that there are currently 3,787 plaintiffs with cases pending in the MDL, of which 1,861 are not subject to the Master Settlement Agreement or a Term Sheet.
