Steco Corp. Files Motion for Summary Judgment, Challenges Causation

BOSTON –– One of the last remaining defendants in a benzene action pending in Massachusetts has filed a motion for summary judgment, contending that the plaintiff has not presented enough evidence to prove that its product was a substantial contributing factor in the development of the plaintiff’s illness.
