BOSTON –– One of the last remaining defendants in a benzene action pending in Massachusetts has filed a motion for summary judgment, contending that the plaintiff has not presented enough evidence to prove that its product was a substantial contributing factor in the development of the plaintiff’s illness. Milward, et al. v. Acuity Specialty Products Group Inc., et al., No. 07-11944 (D. Mass.).
