Advertising Agency Named as Defendant in Roundup MDL Proceedings Moves to Dismiss Claims

SAN FRANCISCO –– An advertising agency named as a defendant in the ongoing national coordinated docket for Roundup personal injury claims has moved to dismiss, saying that the plaintiffs cannot succeed on their claims against a company “that did nothing more than promote the allegedly defective product.”

In the July 19 motion filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, defendant Osborn & Barr Communications Inc. and Osborn & Barr Holdings Inc., the defendants maintained that the plaintiffs have not levied any specific claims against them.
