Roundup MDL Judge Grants Motion to Compel Production of Tissue Slides; Won’t Permit Further Testimony from Rowland

SAN FRANCISCO –– The MDL Court overseeing the national coordinated docket for Roundup personal injury claims has compelled Monsanto to produce or permit inspection of kidney tissue slides from mice, which the plaintiffs said were “immensely” important to the issue of general causation.

In Pretrial Order No. 23, entered May 15, Judge Vince Chhabria of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California asked the parties to submit a protocol for the production of the tissue slides within seven days.
