Roundup Plaintiffs Move to Compel Monsanto to Produce Kidney Tissue Slides of Mice from Former Study on Glyphosate

SAN FRANCISCO –– Plaintiffs involved in the federal Roundup personal injury claim coordinated docket have asked the court to issue an order compelling Monsanto to produce or permit inspection of kidney tissue slides from mice, saying that the importance of the slides is “immense to the question of general causation.”

In the April 21 motion filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, the plaintiffs further said that the slides –– part of study BDN-77-420 –– played a critical role in the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s decision to re-categorize glyphosate to Category E, “a finding trumpeted …
